By accessing or using the Repair Advisor Pro platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Repair Advisor Pro, governed by the laws of North Carolina, with exclusive jurisdiction in Buncombe County.
2. Service Overview
Repair Advisor Pro provides tools to analyze home inspection reports, generate estimated repair costs, offer negotiation suggestions, and deliver home improvement recommendations. We may use affiliated contractors or agents to deliver parts of this service.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all information you submit. You may not use the platform for unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our service.
4. Uploaded Content & Data Usage
By submitting content such as home inspection reports, you grant us and our service partners a non-exclusive right to use, transmit, process, and store this data in order to deliver the Service. While we strive for best practices, we do not guarantee confidentiality except as expressly stated in this agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Fees for services must be paid via our integrated payment providers. Prices are subject to change and displayed on the checkout page or pricing section of the website. Refund and return terms are available at /refund_returns/.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, features, software, and underlying systems remain the exclusive property of Repair Advisor Pro. You may not copy, distribute, or re-use any material without express written permission.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that output from our AI, repair suggestions, or cost estimates are complete, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
Repair Advisor Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or data. Our maximum liability shall not exceed $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Repair Advisor Pro and its affiliates from any claims or losses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any uploaded content.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for behavior we deem in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina.
